1) Could you provide me the link to your site? Do you create Main mega menu or Secondary mega menu? Are the vertical borders are missing?

2) To create shipping row we used Widget area https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/
If you provide me temporary admin panel access I’ll be able to create such menu item as an example for you.

Hello,

All these issues are related to smartcat_our_team plugin styles. Disable this plugin and everything will be ok. If you want to use both plugin and theme then you need additionally customize CSS styles to overwrite plugin styles.

1) Make sure that product tabs are enabled in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page > Tabs Type > Default
2) Add the descriptions for your product http://prntscr.com/dzcg2t

Hello,

To remove the white space below the slider:
1) Add the following code VC custom CSS area for this page
.content-page, .page-content {padding-bottom: 0;}
2) Remove margin bottom for the row below slider in roe settings http://prntscr.com/dzc67q

Christmas demo data includes Christmas home page and you can delete it in Pages > All; Revolution slider and you can delete it in Revolutions Slider > List of the sliders; theme options import and you can just Import default theme options to get them back, use code from the .json file (.son file you can find in XML files folder) and import it in Theme Options > Import/Export > Options.

Dear, danprihantoro,

To help you we need access to some options that are not available for the WP user that you created for us.
XStore theme has a list of required plugins and Redux Framework is one of them https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . But this plugin gives error once we enable it, so we need to switch to default WP theme first but it’s not available in Appearance > Themes http://prntscr.com/dyv5br
Also, we need to Install required plugins but our WP user does not have option to install plugins.
Besides, I would ask you to disable cache plugin until we fix the issue with your installation.
Please, install default theme and enable it for the network, disable cache plugin. We want to solve the problem ASAP but these moments don’t allow us to make it fast.
Waiting for your reply and hope for your understanding.

If you made customization in child theme template files you won’t lose it after theme update.
Follow the steps bellow to update theme:
1) Do the backup of all your files and DB. Also, backup theme options: go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > copy data and save in txt file or download .json file.
2) You may use autoupdate (Dashboard > Updates) method or manual update (FTP method https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ )

You can also provide admin panel and FTP access and we’ll update theme for you.

Seems you tried to activate theme for more than 1 project. According to Envato rules you can use 1 license for the 1 end project, we also allow to activate theme for the 1 dev domain.

In case you plan to use our theme for more than 1 domain you need to buy individual licence for every new project. For those who want to buy 5 and more licenses we have discount programm.

All the available settings for the portfolio permalinks you can find in Settings > Permalinks.
Explain in details what do you mean by “create different versions of the portfolio template”?
Do you want to create different layouts for the different portfolio categories or you want to create templates for the portfolio projects? If you want to show different portfolio categories in the different way then VC grid builder and VC Post grid or VC Masonry post grid element could be a solution for you.

Hello,

What theme you are using you can find in Appearance > Themes. If child theme is activated then you can use both places: Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS or child theme style.css file(wp-content/themes/xstore-child/) to add the CSS code.
In case you use parent theme then CSS code should be placed only in Theme Options because if you add the custom CSS code in parent theme style.css (wp-content/themes/xstore/) you will lose these changes after theme update.
