    Hello,

    1) Make sure that product tabs are enabled in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page > Tabs Type > Default
    2) Add the descriptions for your product http://prntscr.com/dzcg2t
    To enable VC for your products read this post http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
