    Is it possible to adjust the header height?

    Hello,

    Add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS

    .header-simple .menu-wrapper .menu > li > a {padding: 1em 0.77em;}

    Try to change padding value.
    If this is not what you want to change then provide me screenshot for better understanding and wp-admin access in Private content area.
