This is prefooter area. If you want to create the same prefooter as we have on our demo then
1) Go to Appearance > Widgets > create custom sidebars for the every column with products.
2) Add the WooCommerce Products widget and choose appropriate options http://prntscr.com/f9c05k
3) Go to Static Blocks and create prefooter static block widget. Use row and columns to create multicolumn layout. Use Widgetized Sidebar VC element to display your newly created widget areas. Save.
4) Go to Appearance > Widgets > add 8theme Static Block widget into Prefooter widget area and choose your prefooter block.
