Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check your customizer appearance.

2) It’s because custom styles of the Yellow pencil plugin. Provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll check the styles and remove that.
3) There is no option to change the styles by default but it’s possible with the additional customization. Tell me what styles do you want to apply for the search results product title and we’ll send you custom CSS
3) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS
to make the View all results link fixed

.header-wrapper .et-content-dropdown .ajax-results-more:last-child { position: sticky; bottom: -30px; }

Hello,

1) Related Products is a section that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product. These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags. https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/#section-3 So, as you understand theme does not have control of the products you see there. It comes from WooCommerce.
We have only Related, Upsells, Cross-sells. We don’t have any other options to show products on a single product.

2) Go to Theme Options > 404 Page > add 404 Page Content that you would like to show there.
If you have other questions that are not related to the previous ones then submit a new topic to avoid misunderstanding.

If something went wrong during plugin installation from the XStore Dashboard (because of server permissions or something) you can download the latest version of plugin here https://www.8theme.com/downloads and upload that using WP Dashboard https://prnt.sc/26gc28w
You installed the out of date version of plugin. I updated that to the latest one.
Check now.

Hello,

1) Go to Static Blocks > create Static block for the single product that you want to show there.
2) Go to Products > edit product > scroll down to the 8theme Products options > Choose the newly created block in the Additional Custom Block drop-down.
3) Add the element of the single product builder.
4) Check the product it should display the static block that you created in the place where you added an Additional custom block element.

Are you talking about Sticky add to cart https://prnt.sc/26gbv4i ?
What do you want to add/change there? Because sticky add to cart function is in XStore core plugin and it’s not so easy to change HTML content of that area. If you just want to change the styles then let me know and I’ll provide you custom CSS.

That string should be either in theme or in XStore core plugin translation. Make sure that you checked both. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.

It’s ok that you translate the parent theme. You need to translate the child theme in case you copied any files there or added your custom functions with texts that require translation.

We checked the issue in more detail and found that problem is related to the compatibility of the multivendor plugin and Elementor page builder. We have contacted plugin author here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/compatibility-with-the-elementor-2/#new-topic-0
So, follow that request and wait until they provide any fix. We are not able to solve the issue from our side because that is a plugin bug.

Our WP Rocket license is blocked. Plugin authors allowed to use their plugin as bundled and then changed their minds. We are discussing unblocking our license with the plugin author. We don’t have information on how long it will take.

If you need to use WP Rocket immediately we would recommend you buy a personal license. Sorry for this inconvenience but we do our best from our side to speed up the process and solve the problem. Unfortunately, it depends not on theme author only but on plugin author. We had to remove plugin from the bundle till we find a compromise.

Follow the docs https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and translate the mentioned strings in theme and XStore core plugin translation files. Categories title you are able to translate from Appearance > Widgets > add the Product categories widget to Shop page sidebar and change the title of the widget.

Let me know if you create theme and XStore core plugin translations but still have problems with that.

Ok, thank you. But I don’t clearly understand what exactly is wrong with the All departments menu. If you hover over the items it displays subitems. It’s ok. How do you want to align that? Provide a mockup of the result that you try to achieve.
