    Hello,

    i have export the “xstore-export.dat” on our Main Multisite DE = german.
    As next we like to import it on the Multisite EN = english on same domain.

    If i open the Import section on yout theme option, i can upload the xtore-export.dat file there.
    But after click on import, i see the follow error:

    {“success”:true,”size”:”0 bytes”,”file_count”:0}

    Today i have an other idea, and like to activate the same child theme for the Multisite too. Surprisingly the same error appears

    {“success”:true,”size”:”0 bytes”,”file_count”:0}

    What’s wrong there?

    Regards

    Hello,

    Can’t log in to your WP Dashboard to check the import/export https://prnt.sc/26foja0
    Could you, please, double-check your password?

    Regards

    Hello,

    Issue appears only if WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin is enabled. So, contact plugin author with this report because it happens even during theme switching, not during options import only.
