You are using child theme that’s why you see 1.0 version. To check the parent theme version go to Appearance > Themes > Item details.

What version of WooCommerce do you use? If you updated WC to version 3.1 then you need to wait next theme upate. Because version 3.16.1 has some out of date files for the WC 3.1. In case you use WC 3.0.9 then you need to update XStore to version 3.16.1.

Do you have this is issue with our theme or with Storefront theme too?

Please, enable WP debug and check what fatal error do you get if WPML plugin is enabled. Also, tell me if you have the same even when default WC theme is activated or with XStore theme only?

WPML is the most popular plugin for me. But there are also Polylang, qTranslate plugins to create the multilanguage site.

2) There is no such option in our theme or in WC plugin settings. You may try to change it by additional customization of xstore/woocommerce/single-product/related.php , copy this file into child theme and do the necessary changes.
3) Add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS

.products-grid .product-excerpt {
    display: block;
}
