How does one create a brand page that will look like this page and with what settings?

Create a new page Pages >> add new and select the template as Portfolio: http://prntscr.com/fjyfi5

When I select that option I get a blank white page plus I do not see an option to show brands either

oh.. sorry.
That’s for portfolio. not for the brands.

you have to create some portfolios and then those will be displayed in that page design but you can make a same design page for brands.

Can you give me an idea how to do this. Because I’ve gone through about a thousand different options and can not get anything to look like that page and the taxonomy brand is not available to many vc elements.

the last reply has typo.
it should be “you have to create some portfolios and then those will be displayed in that page design but you can NOT make a same design page for brands.

I wish your support was a little more professional because you guys do have what could potentially be a great theme.

Your support quality really let’s you down, the only thing that makes it difficult to recommend your theme to others.

Please take priority looking at your themes basic performance. It is extremely poor and slow, many of your customers have complained about this issue but support have taken no notice to fix/improve this issue and instead go all out recommending caching tools, without understanding that all caching does is masks/hides what is essentially terrible theme performance on it’s own.

And also provide some more professional answers. In fact creating a brand page that looked exactly like your portfolio template was very easy, longest bit was working out where you put your needed files, just copied the portfolio.php template, renamed it and looped through brands instead of portfolio posts.

Hopefully you will add a default brand template feature in your future release.

If you want to show all your brands you can try Brands List VC element http://prntscr.com/fpkcpb . It allows you to get the page with list of all the available brands and to filter by A-Z for example http://prntscr.com/fpkd3h
