XStore theme (no matter what version you use) is compatible with Polylang. In case you face any compatibility issues with our theme (I mean if the problem appears only when XStore theme is activated and everything works fine with default WP theme) then just report us and we’ll fix them.

If you don’t need WooCommerce then just do not install this plugin. You should not have any problems if WC plugin is not installed. If you have any issues when WC plugin is not activated let me know, provide screenshots and we’ll fix them.

Please, update theme to the latest version, this fatal error was fixed. Don’t forget to do the backup of the files, DB and theme options before the update. Also, don’t forget to update XStore Core plugin.

If you want to create the multilingual site you can use either WPML plugin (paid plugin) or Polylang, qTranslate (free plugins).

Our support just tried to enable parent theme and removed the additional image from the product gallery. These actions can’t be the reason for all your issues.
1) What errors do you have? Do you have these errors only when parent theme is enabled or with child theme only? Do you have these errors when Storefront theme (default WC theme) is enabled?

Go to Settings > Media > check the Large size. Also, if your container width (Theme options > General > Layout > Site width) is less than 1200 your image box won’t be 1200px, your image will be resized to the container width.
