Xstore Menu Options do now show - by RyandB

Hi,

First off, great theme! By far the best e-commerce WordPress theme I’ve used so far.

The only issue I currently have is that I’m trying to create a Mega Menu, but somehow the XStore Menu Options don’t show up as shown in the documentation. I saw another post that had the same problem and it was suggested to ‘save the menu’. I’ve saved it many times, but I’m still not able to view the menu options to create a Mega Menu.

Would you be able to help me?

Hi Rose,

Thank you for your reply.

I’ve updated the Xstore Core Plugin and it activated without any issues. Unfortunately it has not resolved the issue.

What else can I do?

What exactly is not working in Mega Menu, can you share us a screenshot about the issue, so that we can check what’s going wrong.

The problem is that I can’t view the Menu Options to create a mega menu. Eg. The ‘Designs’ and ‘Columns’ dropdown lists don’t show up. I’ve tried saving the menu and I’ve updated the core plugin but I still can’t create a Mega Menu.

Hello,

Problem caused by compatibility with Popup Maker plugin. Once I deactivate it all the options appeared.
