    1) Do you have problem with variations only with our theme? Because if the problem persists even with default theme you need to contact WPML plugin support to get the answer.
    2) Warning caused by plugin http://prntscr.com/gstujr contact plugin author. We are able to help you only with issues related strictly to our theme or plugins that come bundled with our theme.

    Hello,

    Could you provide me server error logs? Once I activate Revolution slider plugin or Massive addons site does down. For me, it looks like PHP memory issue but WP debug does not show any error message, so server error logs should have some useful info to sort out why your site does not work after plugins activation.

    Why don’t you ask hosting provider to solve this problem? Why do you demand from theme author to solve problems that are not related to theme, just because our theme is for the WordPress platform?

    So, as I told you before it’s not theme issue because we have no deal with users’ .htaccess files, it’s priority of the site administrator or hosting.

    Feel free to ask if you face issue related to our theme.

    If you don’t know what are the error logs then contact your hosting provider to get this information.
    All these days we are trying to explain you that you are asking not in the right place because the problem is not related to our theme but you don’t want to hear that.
    1) You need to get server error logs to find out what error gives the 500 error on the frontend
    2) Contact WPML plugin support because as I can see problem appears only when you switch to another language.

    We can help you if some code in theme files causes the problem. But if you switch to default WP theme and get the same 500 error it means that theme is not the reason of your problem, maybe some plugin or WP but not our theme. We are theme developers and work with theme problems only. In case you get the problems that are not related to our theme we can do nothing, unfortunately.

    I think you need to contact plugin author and ask if they could support reverse order for the products because once we use the array_reverse function mini cart does not show the products.

Also if the same problem persists even when you enable the default WP theme you need to contact WPML plugin author.     Hello,

    Please, change the permissions for our user because we can’t check the backend and settings. Also, provide me FTP access. Our translation demo uses old version of theme and WPML plugin, that’s why this problem persists.

    Our dev installation does not have this issue that’s why we need to check backend of your site and files.
