When ?I click to show preview Or activate the them it shows a blank white page and thats it.

Ive setup a child theme.If I choose to add demo content, will it erase all the content I already have there from my site?

after the install i get a white page when going into admin. cant get into admin panel….theme works on main page though, please help

here is the login info in the private area, please make sure you are looking at the wordpress in the
/mbf folder as thats a clone of the original site. Please dont not touch any other folders. Thanks

The theme seems to work but i cant login to admin panel.
Ive installed theme and plugins.

Hello,

Could you provide me server error logs? Once I activate Revolution slider plugin or Massive addons site does down. For me, it looks like PHP memory issue but WP debug does not show any error message, so server error logs should have some useful info to sort out why your site does not work after plugins activation.

Ok my host set memory limits to unlimited and it still didnt work. they had to go into the WORDPRESS file wp-includes/default-contants.php and edit the 64 limit there. They said thats not right and once I update wordpress next time we will get the same error.

The dashboard admin come up now but says plugins need to be updated. can you do that for me so i dont mess it up? thanks

My site is also showing a white screen now – I have updated the theme and all the plugins – and still a white screen. Has been working fine for months – please help!

I was working with visual composer and it takes forever to load on the front end and i hit refresh and now the full site is a blank white page. You have my login info from the last issue above in this thread,

When I turn theme off site comes back up. Soon as I turn theme back on it gives blank white page for site.

Can you take a look please?

Hello,

Seems problem caused by your child theme. Once I activate parent theme everything works fine.
Check the child theme code to find out what caused the issue.

the child theme worked fine until one instance where i was using visual composer. this wasnt my fault. how do i fix the child theme? ts all blank

Hello,

Enable WP debug and check what error do you have there, then fix the code that caused the errors.
