Go to Appearance > Themes > enable default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check if this issue appears with default theme too or with our theme only. We’ll be able to help you if the problem persists with our theme only.
You are using a lot of plugins that’s why make sure that all of them are compatible with the new WC plugin version that you use.

1) a) add the custom class for your row with tabs and then add the custom CSS to page custom to change the color and size, where .custom-class is the name of custom class that you will add for your row

b) It’s not products, it’s Banner VC element with different settings that you may adjust according to your needs: change images, add mask, custom content etc. If you prefer any other element you can use it instead of this banner.

I found that you already had the same problem and previous time it was related to the third-party plugin. Please, disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and try to upload image. Then enable plugins one by one and check after every plugin which one causes the problem.

As I have already told our demo uses the old version of WPML plugin and our theme. We can’t replicate problem on installations that have up to date version of plugins and theme. If you can’t provide me FTP then please, send us a full copy of your site and DB to sort out what causes problem on your site.

1) Yes, you need to update theme to version 4.9. I have installed new version and re-named the old one.
2) Don’t see the problem if you add code with correct symbols like ” and ‘. Check the functions.php of child theme, everything works fine.

1) Our theme does not have any settings for the emails. This is WC plugin option and settings that’s why, please, read WC plugin documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
WC has email templates, copy them into child theme and change according to your needs. If you have any other questions about these settings I would recommend to contact WC plugin support because we provide support for questions related to our theme options and problems.

As you can see from screenshot even with default theme your site does not give a very good page speed results, so we don’t think that theme is a problem.
