WHEN TRY ADD NEW PRODUCT WHEN TRY UPLOAD PHOTO APPEAR OTHER MENU DIFERENT AND HAVE ERROR

Hello,

We tried to change image and did not face this issue http://prntscr.com/gyeog3
But if you face the out of memory error it could be the reason why you get different upload menu. Check your plugins and disable plugins that you don’t use. Also, you may contact your hosting provider to increase PHP memory limit to 256M. From your screenshot I see that you have approximately 115M.

Hello,

I found that you already had the same problem and previous time it was related to the third-party plugin. Please, disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and try to upload image. Then enable plugins one by one and check after every plugin which one causes the problem.
