Loading the page gives an unwanted pre-load situation

For some of our pages we have a problem concerning the way the pages load. When clicking on the front page, for example, there is a “brief” moment when the page shows a weird design. Please see link here. This is a common issue on some of our installations.

Please help, as this appears highly unprofessional for our clients.

Hello,

Problem is related to the script loading, when it is loading you see this situation. Go to theme options > general > enable preloader, then users will see the site once page is fully loaded.
