2) You don’t need to add Products VC element to your shop page because it will display products by default if you set correct WC settings.
3) If you use WPML plugin and have the store you should also install WooCommerce WPML to translate products.
4) The problem caused by Centraledellafrutta plugin and your product page does not work even with default theme when this plugin is enabled. Once I disable plugin everything works fine with both XStore and default theme.

1) What do you mean “send in blue”? I don’t understand you.
2) Can you confirm that when you use default WP theme everything works fine? Because your WP installation also could be the problem, or maybe some third-party plugin. So, you need to be sure that with any default WP theme (Storefront, twenty Seventeen etc) everything works fine. Have you enabled default theme and tried? Does it work with default WP theme?

You should understand that if the problem persists even when default theme is enabled we can do nothing because we have the deal and can fix only theme files.

Let me know about results of your tests.

No, you don’t need to pay any additional fee to use our theme or plugins that come bundled.
But one recommended (not required!) plugin causes the problem – Massive addons for VC. It breaks the Visual Composer editor.
So, you may try to follow the plugin author instructions and do the following:

First of all, please increase the memory limit do at least 128M (256M is recommended).
Then, please make sure that your server is not using mod_security or FastCGI handler for PHP. If it is, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

Or disable this plugin and don’t use its elements because this plugin offers just additional elements to build the page.

You need to buy this plugin only in case you want to get the individual support from the plugin author.

Seems WC plugin brand page does not use Shop page as the page template and takes the first product image as the breadcrumbs image.

We have added the following custom to remove the image
