My Account Page and Customer History not working

Hi,
I have many customers telling me that the MY Account page is blank , no history, no ability to add change address nothing. It doesn’t seem to populate anything either. What could cause this?

Hello,

Please check if you created My Account page and set it in WooCommerce > Settings > My Account. If there everything is fine but you still have a problem, provide admin panel access.
Also, enable default WooCommeerce theme Storefront and check if you get this problem when default theme is enabled.

I tried to Live Preview with the storefront theme and got this message:

Hello,

We have fixed the fatal error and you may switch to default theme. We checked and see that option to edit details does not work even with default theme https://gyazo.com/c5e7c39c151208a92295ede11b7dfced

So, XStore is not the reason of your issue.

Hello,

This is WooCommerce option, so I think you need to contact WC plugin support or check their forum, maybe you’ll find the answer there. I did not face such issue before that’s why don’t have ideas what could be the reason of the problem.
