XStore goes blank after installing plugins,

    after installing the plugins and go to the next step where it talks about support the theme stays blank (the page) press refresh (f5) remain blank, I use the url / wp-admin does not show anything.

    uninstall all (theme, database) and reinstall, but the problem persists.

    Hello,

    Please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to enable WP debug and check what error caused the blank page.

    We get the following error while trying to connect to your server
    Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please, check the FTP settings and fix the problem to allow us to check the files.

    yes, I understand the encryption use: “only use plain FTP (insecure)”

    Hello,

    Some theme files were missing. Seems you uploaded theme via FTP and did not copy few files. Try now.
