Hello,
Go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data. Check the footer after that. Looks that the style file for the footer static blocks was missing or incorrectly generated.
Regards
Hello,
Seems that archive.min.css file with the necessary styles is missing on that page. Provide us with FTP access to check in more detail and fix that.

Hello,
You need to contact WooCommerce support with this question because it displays wrong information even with the default theme. It means that our theme is not the reason of the problem and we can do nothing from our side. We are able to help you only with issues related to XStore theme code https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
In case you have a problem even with the default WP theme then you need to contact WooCommerce or WordPress support.
We hope for your understanding.

Hello,
You can add/remove Newsletter element using Theme Options > Header builder > edit connection block and Newsletter element inside https://prnt.sc/26j1s1m
If you just want to change the content of the Newsletter popup then you can go to Static Blocks > edit Newsletter static block using Elementor page builder.

Hello,
You had to check the staging site carefully before the production site update to avoid such issue! Keep in mind that next time.
Where did you place your custom CSS? Use either child theme style.css or Theme Options > Custom CSS areas and make sure that your code has higher priority than the default one. Use additional classes to prioritize your code.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

Hello.
Our theme has the next places for the Typography:
1) Theme Options > Typography. It controls the Body font and Headings font-family. All the elements on the site inherit these fonts if other is not changed in the personal element settings.
2) Theme Options > Header builder. And there are a few places to change the font of the header or menu elements if you need that or keep default settings and then body font will be used.
XStore supports Elementor Typography settings for the headings and if you inspect the element you’ll see that it uses the Elementor settings https://prnt.sc/26j1kdd
So, what exactly does not work for you? Provide screenshot of the element that displays the wrong font and we’ll inspect that.
You can use Elementor experiment settings. The only option that could make a problem is CSS optimization. Sometimes it causes style issue for the mobile version of the static blocks. So, you can try to enabled and check. If everything is ok then keep it enabled. In case you have style issues then it would be better to disable that.

Hello,
Issue caused by Preorders for WooCommerce plugin. It looks that they replace the Buy now title with Add to cart title because of some reason. So, contact plugin author to get help with this issue.
Regards
Hello,
I have enabled default WP theme and see that your product short description displays wrong information even with the default theme https://recordit.co/qY6CD3BTsl
So, you need to contact WooCommerce support with this question https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
We are able to help in case an issue appears with our theme only.
Regards
Hello,
Variable product displays Select options title by default on the shop page. Buy now title displays only for the affiliate products. So, it’s impossible that you had that title for the variable products button without additional customization. Ro show the Add to cart title for that button on the shop page you need to display product attributes on the grid as we do on the demo using the built-in variation swatches feature https://xstore.8theme.com/product-category/pullovers/
I see that you use third-party plugin for the variation swatches. So, contact plugin author and ask if they have option to display that on grid to allow your users to add to the cart from grid.
Or if you want just to rename that button you can try this solution in the child theme https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-rename-select-options-button-shop-page/
Regards
Hello,
Added custom code to fix the issue in your child theme styles.css.

1) Vendor page inherit the shop page layout, not the categories page layout, you can control that from Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout. There is no option to disable sidebar for the vendor page only.

Regards
Hello,
There is no such option in WordPress for that widget. So, it could be implemented via custom code https://www.goldenoakwebdesign.com/blog/how-to-exclude-woocommerce-products-from-the-search-results-in-wordpress
I have added that to your child theme functions.php. Check search now. Or contact WooCommerce support if that is not suitable for you.
