Translation issue for contact form and cart pop up

Where do I translate this? Using Loco Translate can not find these phrases anywhere? And not in the template edits either?

Also: Where do I translate the contact form available through shortcode [contact_form]

Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site? We’ll check the issue with the translation in more detail. The mentioned strings should be in Loco Translate > Themes > WooPress > edit translation. And also don’t forget to translate Loco translate > Plugins > WooPress Core plugin.

Loco translate > Plugins > WooPress Core plugin did solve the [contact_form] translation! Thanks.

The cart/recently added is still not updated. Can not find it either in core, woopresss theme, woocommerce etc. Added login details for you in private content area.
