1) Check the server error log when you get this error on the frontent. Problem can be caused by some third-party plugin or custom code if you make any child theme customization

2) Edit the page, scroll down to 8theme Layout Options > choose Sidebar position > Without

If you activate even the third-party plugin and still have the PHP Memory limit error “Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted” then you don’t have real 256MB of memory. I don’t know why the limits are not applied because I’m not the server admin.

About Massive Addons plugin, we have posted the question in author comments area about 404 error https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=79&filter=all#comment_18501820 Plugin comes bundled with our theme but we are not plugin developers. We need to wait for the answer from the plugin author to help you.

Problem with Massive Addons also can be related to PHP memory limit. As you can understand from the error message you have 100663296 bytes (96MB) of the PHP memory and it’s not enough to use such number of additional plugins. So, you need either increase the PHP memory limit or disable unrequired plugins.

Could you, please, provide me final mockup how the single product page should be? Provide us the design of the single product page that you want to have and we’ll point you t the right direction and provide correct custom code.

Also, it would be better if you could create the temporary account for our support with limited permissions to Dashboard settings, we just need access to Theme Options in your case and that’s all. It will speed up the process.

1)Woocommerce categories thumbnails is a WC plugin default option that’s why it would be better to contact WC plugin support and ask if they have recommended plugins to import/export categories images. Our theme does not have special recommendations for this.

2) a) make a logo category: 8 in a row (small picture) – I have already did this for you
b) Subcategory of the car model: 4 in a row (medium image) – if you are talking about real subcategory page (for example …./kategoria-produktu/mercedes/) – there is no option to do this because subcategory does not have any special classes to change the view type
c) single product (large picture + gallery of other products of this product) – you can choose large layout in Theme Options if you have a large image for the product like we have for the bike version for example https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/bike/product/curae-parturient-aenean/

Yes, there is no such option at present, I just sent that screenshot to clarify what exactly you want to implement and then our developers will try to add the option. So, would you like to have the option for the category? Do you want to hide/change the position of the sidebar for some categories only and should it be the individual option for every category or did you mean some global option?

Do the backup of all the files, DB and Theme Options( Theme Options > Import/Export > download export file).
After that you may proceed to theme update. You will need to update theme and all the included plugins, especially XStore code plugin. Maybe after theme update, you’ll face message to re-activate theme using your purchase code, do this.
