Hello,
How to change placement of additional custom block on single product page like on this screen: https://prnt.sc/hyynh5
There is any options that I can make this in child theme?

It’s possible by additional customization. This service is not included in our support due to Envato support policy but I would like to help you with this if you would not mind to give a 5-stars rating on TF for our theme 🙂

I need admin panel and FTP access to your site to make this customization.

I bought 2 licenses from you. I will give 5 stars, but I have one additional problem 😛 When I add products to the woocommerce in the cross-sell section it show more products that i choose in the panel in field cross-sell. In the hidden section I provide ftp login details.

Hello,

I’m very glad to hear that you like our theme and we’ll be waiting for your review.

I have made the necessary changes (child theme functions.php and content-single-product.php) Check the CBG DASZEK DWUSPADOWY – CZARNY product for example. In product settings, you can choose the top block and bottom http://prntscr.com/hzdy7p Between them you’ll see the up-sells. Cross-sells are products that appear on the cart page https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ Up-sells appears on the single product page. Products that you see in this section http://prntscr.com/hzdzl6 are related products, you can disable them in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product or set the number of products to display.
