    Dear Sir/ Madame,

We receive the following php error after updating you theme:

2018/01/11 10:05:17 [error] 1007#1007: *1 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /www/bigproject1_860/public/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/includes/class.yith-wcwl-admin-init.php on line 1053” while reading response header from upstream, client: 62.38.110.96, server: bigproject1.kinsta.com, request: “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php7-fpm-bigproject1.sock:”, host: “bigproject1.kinsta.com”, referrer: “https://bigproject1.kinsta.com/wp-admin/”

    This causes the following problems:
    1. Caching plugins of our host (Kinsta) conflict.
    2. New products do not appear in the websites main page https://bigproject1.kinsta.com/ (ΝΕΑ ΠΡΟΙΟΝΤΑ -tab)

    We have tried the following:
    1. Deactivating all plugins and problem persists.
    2. Changing to TwentyFifteen theme and problems were fixed, so we narrowed it down to the theme
    3. Tried uninstalling the theme and all plugins and re-installed them but still the same problem.

    Thank you in advance,
    Dimitris Belegris

    Hello,

Do you use latest version of wishlist plugin? What version of woocommerce do you use?
Where you get these errors and could you provide a screenshot of it?
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content?

    Regards

    – in settings of your Products element – http://prntscr.com/hyz246 We have the problem with this type, and it doesn’t relate to the error that you provided. This problem will be fixed in next theme update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Caching plugins of our host (Kinsta) conflict.

    Hello again Rose,

Lets take it one by one.
    1. OK if there is a related to the plugin problem shall we talk to yith? Is there a known solution for this as you provide the plugin along with your theme?

    2. Ok we will wait for the release of the new update. When do you think you are going to release it?

    3. There is a plugin in the Admin Panel called Kinsta Cache. This does not work when we activate the theme(you click on the clear cache button on page:https://bigproject1.kinsta.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=kinsta-tools and it does not respond). In the earliest release of your theme we did not get a problem with this. After updating the problem occurred.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    1. You may try this solution https://wordpress.org/support/topic/too-few-arguments-on-class-yith-wcwl-admin-init-php-line-1053/

    2. We think it will be released within next 1-1.5 weeks. If you provide me FTP access I’ll be able to fix it for you before the update.

    3. It would be better to contact plugin author to find out what it the reason of this issue. Let us know their answer if the problem is related to our theme code.

    Regards

    Good morning Olga,

I have talked to our hosting company (Kinsta) and they provided us with the error log that we receive. It seems that the theme generated several requests that conflict with the caching plugin. The plugin is the default Kinsta one so we cannot change it or remove it, we are obliged to use it.

I am sending you some of the error codes:

    Hello,

I have checked and see that clear cache option does not work even with default WP theme.
For example, I have enabled the default theme, changed the body font-size in the style.css, checked the page. Then changed the body font again and cleared cache but nothing changed. So, I suppose you need to contact plugin author to solve this problem.

    Regards
