1) Login issue is not related to our theme because it appears even with the default Storefront theme https://recordit.co/1Hbr8r6Hfa So, try to disable all the third-party plugins and check if it helps. If not then contact WooCommerce support.
2) I don’t see issues with the footer and actually, I don’t see a black footer like on your screenshot.

Do you use the cache plugin? Which one do you use? You need to enable a separate cache for the mobile devices in the cache plugin setting.
Or if you don’t want to enable that then disable Mobile header optimization option in Theme Options > General.

Our theme does not lock anything. The only error that you may face after domain changing could be autoupdate of theme or bundled plugins but any 404 error. So, if you faced 404 error after moving your site our theme is not the reason of that.
You can use the Duplicator plugin to easily move your site from one domain to another one.
