Email images not showing up on iphone devices

I have tested emails for my website and the pictures that I put on the email editor do not show up on apple mail and or other apple devices. They show on gmail for some reason.

Is it a problem with the images, The email builder, WordPress, Or my web host provider ?

Hello,

Do you have this problem when Built-in Email Builder is disabled? When default WC theme – Storefront is activated?

Yes i have tried other email builders and I don’t know what the problem, is.

Store pictures work but not the icons and logo images embedded in the email.

1/ Do you have this problem when our Email Builder is disabled?
2/ Do you have this problem when Storefront is activated?

Hello , I tried building all the after purchase emails with the store theme email builder. I sent a test message out to all my devices and on my iPhone all the images such as the logo of the store and the products that i have purchased are not showing up.

It seems like the email design is unresponsive on different platforms.

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please.
The issue could be related to your .htaccess settings. Do you have any rules for the images in that file?

1) WP Dashboard access does not work https://prnt.sc/YBl0K1QfZBUW
2) We don’t need cPanel. We need just FTP host, FTP username and FTP password to check. Provide that.

Hello , The Web developer finished and said to check in with the theme of the email or the hosting provider as mentioned before through the ftp panel.

Are you able to check that ?

1) WP Dashboard access still does not work https://prnt.sc/9WcF6Dky8lEE Have you tried to log in using provided credentials before replying back?

2) FTP goes to the empty directory https://prnt.sc/-MeHxutIiWf- We need access to your WP installation, not to the empty directory.

The issue is not related to the theme but to server settings.
