Shop not showing category for some products

    Hello,

    “ADO” is a brand, not a category.
    Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Elements > enable categories.
    Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands > Show Product Brands On Grid/List > Off

    Nevermind the brands, brands are ok. But categories are showing for first three products but not for bikes

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Thank you.

    I disabled all the plugins, except Woocommerce, xstore core and elementor. I deleted all the code in xstore theme and custom css. the problem remains.

    what is weird is that is show ok on developing site

    this one was migrated few days ago to production and nothing changed except some custom css.

    Go to Product > click on Update, then the category will be visible.
    It looks like there was an issue with import/migration. Contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance.
