    Hello,

You can use this default size but copy changed file to child theme to avoid losing customization after the next theme update.

    Hello,

All the available options of the product sorting you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product catalog. There is no option for the custom order.

    Hello,

Looks that problem appears for the unlogged in users because of the WP Minify plugin. I have disabled plugin and don’t see this issue. Check now.

    Hello,

Starting with WooCommerce 3.3.0. WooCommerce removed the third option and left only 2: Single product and Thumbnails http://prntscr.com/owiccb
So, the product on the cart page uses the smallest of these 2 sizes – thumbnail size. You can enable default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check.

Optimize images using Tinypng https://tinypng.com/ to save up to 70%.

    Hello,

Please, read what the FTP is https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/what-is-ftp-and-how-do-i-use-it/

We don’t need any accesses to cPanel or domain panel. We need FTP. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP if you don’t have it.

    Hello,

    1) WordPress does not allow to add content on the blog page. It’s not related to our theme. You can enable any default theme you’ll get the same message even without WPBakery plugin. You can just add/remove posts via Posts > Show all and change the layout using Theme Options > Blog.

    2) Shop page supports adding the content. But make sure if that area is not disabled in Theme Options > Shop > product page layout > Shop page banner position http://prntscr.com/owgwcn

    3) If you want to add any content to top bar then go to Appearance > Widgets > Left and right top bar widget area.

    Hello, @manosk20

Don’t use topics of other users to get help with your problem. Create individual topic especially if you provide Private details. Check the answer to you here https://www.8theme.com/topic/error-after-updating-xtore-core-2/#post-219837

    Hello, @manosk20

What version of our theme do you use? Min required version of XStore theme for the core plugin 1.2.7 is 5.6. If previous plugin version is 1.0.23 then you use out of date version 4.x or earlier and of course, you’ll get the fatal error if you are trying to update just XStore core plugin. Provide Dashboard access to your site and correct FTP access if you need help with theme and plugin update.

    Hello,

If you got that error it means you updated the XStore core plugin but did not update theme. Before every core plugin update we would recommend you to check the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ and you’ll find that you need to update not just XStore core plugin but XStore theme first. Any core plugin update requires theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.

So, update your theme to version 5.6 first and after that proceed with the XStore core plugin update. After that clear plugin and browser cache. If you have any issues with sliders after the theme and plugin update provide screenshots or video, tell me what device you use. Because we did not see any issues using our mobile devices.

    Hello,

You have provided access to panel to manage the domain. We need FTP access – access to files of your WP installation. You have updated plugin but did not update theme and it caused issue. Before every plugin update we would recommend you to check the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ and you’ll find that you need to update not just XStore core plugin but XStore theme first. Any core plugin update requires theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.
So, update your theme to version 5.6 via FTP or provide correct FTP access and we’ll do it for you.

    Hello,

Problem with product gallery caused by WooCommerce Variation Master plugin. If the plugin is disabled everything works fine.
XStore uses the custom slider for the product gallery, so third-party plugins that also use the product gallery should be additionally customized to be compatible with our theme.

    Hello,

    1) Read what the child theme is https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/ Default child theme includes only style.css and functions.php. If you need to make some changes in child theme you copy the necessary files from parent theme to child or use functions.php file to add custom functions. To edit the footer use static block feature and Static block widget(Appearance > Widgets > Footer). Enable WPBakery builder to create multi-columns footer content https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Widgets_and_Static_Blocks/Static_Blocks

    2) Go to Plugins > deactivate WooPress core plugin and remove it. Go to Appearance > Install plugins > install WooPress core plugin again to get the updated version. Go to Dashboard > Updates > press force check button to get notification about WooPress theme update and update theme to version 6.0.1.

    3) Revolution slider has a lot of options for mobile devices. Just follow plugin documentation if you did not work with Revolution slider before https://www.themepunch.com/slider-revolution/responsive-setup/

    4) Every premium theme comes with additional plugins because ThemeForest does not allow to include many things/features, even shortcodes, to the theme and tells that this is plugin territory. That’s why we had to move some functionality plugins.

    5) We mentioned in theme description on ThemeForest that the theme comes bundled with WPBakery plugin. So, you knew what you buy. Anyway, if you don’t like the WPBakery you can use Elementor, of course, you won’t have dummy pages that we created using WPBackery but it’s your choice.

Also, we found that you left 1star rating https://themeforest.net/ratings/3033510 and let the comment that this is just base. Our theme is not a base, it has advanced admin module http://prntscr.com/ow71je with a lot of options, maybe you missed that. Our rating is very important for us and we would be grateful if you could change it because we do our best to create a good product and support our clients. Also, you can submit refund request if you think that faced issues are critical for you https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    Waiting for your reply.

    Hello,

I see, you are talking about sidebar, not about rating. Then go to Theme Options > Blog > Blog Layout > enable sidebar it should appear for all the pages/posts including the custom post type. To disable sidebar for pages/posts where you don’t need it edit the page and use 8theme Layout Options http://prntscr.com/ow64e1
