Hello,

2) That image is preloader image that you uploaded http://prntscr.com/pnxfoa You pressed the filter button and the loader appeared. You are using a nonstandard products page, so don’t enable the Ajax filter and Ajax pagination options http://prntscr.com/pnxnvc they won’t work without additional customization in your case. In addition, filter does not work ok even without Ajax. And not just our theme filter widget but the default WooCommerce Filter by attribute widget, you can add and check. Filters work only with Archive products element http://prntscr.com/pny8uz

Also, take into account that you don’t have pagination to show all the products from the category, for example, https://lianamore.com/product-category/dessous/ There is pagination by default http://prntscr.com/pnxub6 but not if you use the WC Product category element of that plugin http://prntscr.com/pnxwl4 So, how your customers will check the other products? I think you need to use another element to show all the products of the category http://prntscr.com/pny0n2 and update styles for the sorting and pagination because they are missing while using this element. Anyway, clarify all of this with the plugin author.

The custom that you add using Yellow pencil plugin hides category page elements https://gyazo.com/c39b0fd92beeb9d262193643a7786498 I would recommend you to hire a professional developer who is familiar with CSS and won’t use negative margin to remove the top space between sections. if you need to change a lot of things according to your design, for example, send customization request to WPKraken team.

Hello,

1) Enable the WPBakery page builders for the static block https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
2) Go to Appearance > Widgets > Below the products widget area > Check what static block was added there
3) Go to Static Blocks and edit content of static block that was used in Below the products widget area.

Hello,

If you see the product image in the breadcrumbs it means that you did not set the Shop page. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > choose the shop page and save settings. Let me know if you still have a problem with breadcrumbs after that. If yes then provide Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

Hello,

1) Cart is translated http://prntscr.com/pno55l Don’t see problems with this.

2) What theme version did you use before the update? Looks it was too old version and you need to re-create pages because WPBakery page builder changed the shortcodes structure in one of the old updates. We have fixed you this page layout http://www.coach-relooking.fr/relooking-nouveau-style/ Edit other pages to resolve problem.
3) We don’t see any Fatal error on the shop page http://prntscr.com/pno5wb .

Hello,

Use the widgetized sidebar element and choose the specially created custom widget area http://prntscr.com/pnmltu
Add the Product categories widget to custom widget area http://prntscr.com/pnmpcl
You can do the same for all the other templates to display product categories.

Also, could you show me the design of your product category that requires the WPBakery builder for the shop archive? Because categories that you provided (banner + sidebar+products) could be implemented without DHWCPage – WooCommerce Page Template Builder.

Hello,

The responsive option hides the column content only. You used the full-height option for the row, so it’s not hidden. But why do you want to use images for different devices? Use it as background and it suits good for both desktop and mobile, check the page.

Open wp-content/plugins/woopress-core/inc/shortcodes/share.php file, copy etheme_share_shortcode function to child theme functions.php and remove the email to friend code from that function. If you provide us with Dashboard and FTP access we can do this for you.

Hello,

We don’t want to merge the paragraph font-size and line-height with the body styles because paragraph font-size is larger than body font-size by default. So, we created a separate option for paragraph font-size. We left the default line-height – 1.6 because it’s optimal line-height for the text no matter what font-size user will use. In your case paragraph line-height is 28.8px, at the same time you set the body line-height 30px, it’s not a very big difference.

Hello,

If you use images like row/column/slider background with background-size: cover your images will be cropped depending on the width/height of the row/column/slider to cover whole the area of the element. We can do nothing with this. If you display images using default image element or other background-size like contain, for example then you will get a white gap, for example http://prntscr.com/pmskzb
So, if you want to get layout with covered columns images will be cropped, unfortunately.

Hello,

Unfortunately, all the available plugins won’t work with the custom theme slider for the gallery without additional customization.
You can either disable the custom slider and use the default one following the instructions https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin/ or submit additional customization request to WPKraken team.
