To disable the share icons on the single product page go to Theme Options > Single product > Show share buttons > Off.
If you want to add the icons you can use the short description field of the single product. In case you want to add any content at the same place where the share icons were then you should have PHP skills, not just CSS. To manage the size of the product images go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > use crop option to get all the images with the same size. But we would recommend you to upload images with the same proportion for all the products instead of cropping, then grid looks much better.
