No carousel (testimonials and images) after last update theme

    Guys, this is kinda urgent:

    Yesterday we’ve updated the theme + core plugin and the testimonials and images sliders in the home page stopped working. If you check the page, it’s showing the shortcodes, but nothing else! Also, those options disappeared from the Bakery Builder!

    Guys, again last week we updated the website theme and plugin and it’s missing some things like:

    – 8Theme page settings (as you can see in screenshot)
    – WPBakery Page Builder on Static Blocks

    Why is this happening? Is something wrong in our side?

    Hello,

    1) Make sure that CMB2 plugin is installed and activated to have the 8theme options for the pages/projects/products/posts
    2) Go to WPBakery > Role Manager > make sure that editor is enabled for the static blocks and not just for the pages https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
    3) We did not save your login details, so can’t log in to check.
