2) If you need personal customization of many theme styles submit customization request to WPKraken team or use Yellow pencil plugin (Appearance > Install plugins). Our support could guide you on how to change some styles but we can change everything for you because personal customization is not included in our support.

Yes, daily bases backups are ok. As a rule, the client contacts the hosting provider to restore the backup and they will do it. But you need to ask these questions to your hosting provider, we are theme developers, we don’t know what provider you use and how your provider works, we have thousands of clients if we start to study moments related to clients’ hostings for every client we won’t have time to develop themes.

We are sure that our theme is not the reason of the problem. To check this you can go to Appearance > Themes > activate default Woocommerce theme (Storefront) and check. Probably you made something wrong or did not follow the WooZone plugin documentation or did not use correct plugin settings.

All the Legenda demo content based on the WPBakery page builder and plugin developers did not make migration tool from WPBakery to Visual Composer https://visualcomposer.com/help/faq/how-to-migrate-from-the-page-builder-to-visual-composer-website-builder/ That’s why if we change page builder all our clients will lose their content.
