Saving header and single product site plusmega menu question

    Hi,

    Some questions.

    1. I have built my single product page – how do I save it so it doesn’t restore to default when I update the theme (the same question regarding the header I am building).
    2.Mega menu options are not showing – I am not able to identify the conflict with any plugins.
    3. I am using my header builder and have an issue with connecting block which can’t be removed (it also duplicates whatever content is put in other connecting block, and doesn’t allow for any edits within itself)

    Hello,

    1) Theme Options settings won’t be lost after the theme update, but it is recommended to create a backup before the update – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
    Also, you can export Theme Options in a file (Theme Options > Export/Import), or Settings of your header only (Theme Options > Header builder > Header templates > Export).
    2) Go to Appearance > Menus > edit menu http://prntscr.com/qpsdom
    3) Update the theme and Core plugin to latest versions. If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.

    Well I updated the theme and now I am getting the critical error….

    We solved it. I am still having some issues though.

    Related products – there is an error as you will see under the link

    I am still not able to remove the connection block I mentioned above. Can we solve it without ftp access?

    Hello,

    I’ve passed your problems to our developers. FTP access is needed in this case. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP if you don’t have it.

    Could you explain your issue in more detail or provide gif using Gyazo gif for better understanding?
    2) Related products notices – fixed.
    3) Static Blocks. I don’t see problem to edit static blocks using WPBakery page builder http://prntscr.com/qqoi8w Have you sorted out?

    1 – it got sorted after I uploaded dafault header one more time All works fine there now.
