this plugin is causing this error on more than one site

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘>’ in /home/nebcrte1/public_html/kinetic/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/inc/customizer-builder/theme-options/global/callbacks.php on line 42”

can also be seen on this install: https://nebcreative.com/cs/

to note i am running php 7.1

    Hello,

Try to re-upload files of the plugin via FTP. If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

I downloaded the version you have from Dec2019 and it did nothing. Note I have added to the title of the plugin so it would not function AFTER I attempted to access site after I uploaded the files.

    thanks

    Hello,

    1) You provided FTP access to empty folder http://prntscr.com/qjzozj
    2) You are using PHP version 5.6, min required PHP version is 7.0. And this could be the reason of your issue. Please, update PHP on your server to 7.0 or better to 7.2 and try to activate plugin. If you still have the same problem even after that then check the FTP directory and provide FTP access to your WP installation, not to empty folder.

    Regards

well I called hosting company and there was some type of issue that back dated the php version for that domain and would not allow me to update it back to 7.1 so that i believe fixed the issue there but I will work with an install in a different directory as there is something up with that install, missing the navigation other than home and is a bit odd but thank you

so the fully working version of this site is located at nebcreative.com/csys

have this error but only in the the wpadmin “deprecated since version 4.5.0! Use add_menu_page() instead. in /home/nebcrte1/public_html/csys/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4648”

Just curious what that means. I did not see this earlier today so thats why i am curious

    Hello,

If we try to visit nebcreative.com/csys we are redirected to nebcreative.com. At the same time if we visit https://nebcreative.com/kinetic/ it works fine and there is no fatal error anymore, PHP is 7.1.14 there.

The only moment you need to fix is the Instagram widget. Go to XStore > Instagram API > add your API key http://prntscr.com/ql96kh and choose the Instagram user in the element settings on your page http://prntscr.com/ql99zt

    Regards

    Hello,

    Still the same https://gyazo.com/45a80b284ffd1f3590a14b277d5814ce
Why do you need one more copy if the first one https://nebcreative.com/kinetic/ works fine?

    Regards

you have to refresh it its some kind of weird cache issue related to htaccess for the entire domain and because you visited it when it was messed up it does that also if you login to the wp-admin it doesnt do it as the error is in the admin. I apologize that its a bit odd to get there

the /kinetic install doesnt have any of the edits i did and has 100s of images from some type of import so its got a ton to clean out and remake. Its doing that i guess i will delete both installs and start over. Just had a migration issue that did something to all wp installs in that domain

    thanks

    Hello,

I see. Check the wp_options table of the nebcreative.com/csys/ installation. Maybe you just missed to change the site URL.
Anyway, we’ll be glad to help you once you create working installation.

I have the install moved to this location. https://nebcreative.com/cs20/ I am currently having an issue with instagram feed in footer only showing one photo/post and the instagram slider on home page is only showing one post/image and currently looks stretched out and not correct.

the way it was? It suddenly started acting up. Not sure what the issue is. Would be great to have an explanation. The footer made changes trying to get it to change.

    – 4 images showing in the footer 2 on top 2 on the bottom
    – Home page should look as this one which shows 5 but total of 7 in the slider
