    Hello,

    The original issue comes because of the fatal error (Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_average_rating() on null in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/rating.php:28 ) but we can’t find out actions that call that fatal error to find the reason.

    Hello,

    Go to Theme Options > Single product > disable Ajax add to cart and check the product again. Do you still have a problem if ajax is disabled?

    Multiple headers can’t disappear after saving. Maybe you or somebody else who has admin access to your site removed it or reset the headers. Unfortunately, if you did not make backup of your header templates https://gyazo.com/d5947569b82822ef96e6728f144de29a you need to re-create these headers to get them back.

    Hello,

    You can do this only by additional customization. Copy xstore/woocommerce/content-product-slider.php and xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php files to child theme and edit them according to your needs.

    Yes, because mega menu with static block is not suitable for the mobile version. Create separate menu for the mobile version with simple items and subitems and choose this menu in mobile menu settings http://prntscr.com/rb1d9x

Do you want to remove the border for all the product grid or for the home page only? Besides, such things are personal customization, it is not the question about theme options because we don’t have such option.     Clean child theme won’t affect site speed. Speed of customized child theme depends on code you will use there.

    Could you, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check the settings and widgets that were used on your site to display categories. We used Product categories widget, it displays all the categories that you created at Products > Categories, you can hide empty categories and display categories hierarchically.

    Could your hosting add that IP to whitelist? Activation is required to install additional plugins, get auto-updates of theme and XStore Core plugin etc. We are ready to give you refund if you want but it would be great if your hosting could add our IP to exclusion at least for a few days to allow you to activate theme and install all the necessary plugins and demo content.
