Ok, if you made DB backups then it’s possible to try and restore multiple headers.
Multiple headers itself you can find in wp_options table > find option_name: et_multiple_headers http://prntscr.com/rbfq81
Conditions for these headers you can find in wp_options table > option_name: et_multiple_conditions http://prntscr.com/rbfqx0

The original issue comes because of the fatal error (Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_average_rating() on null in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/rating.php:28 ) but we can’t find out actions that call that fatal error to find the reason.
We gave you refund. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Multiple headers can’t disappear after saving. Maybe you or somebody else who has admin access to your site removed it or reset the headers. Unfortunately, if you did not make backup of your header templates https://gyazo.com/d5947569b82822ef96e6728f144de29a you need to re-create these headers to get them back.

You can do this only by additional customization. Copy xstore/woocommerce/content-product-slider.php and xstore/woocommerce/content-product.php files to child theme and edit them according to your needs.

Yes, because mega menu with static block is not suitable for the mobile version. Create separate menu for the mobile version with simple items and subitems and choose this menu in mobile menu settings http://prntscr.com/rb1d9x

Could you, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check the settings and widgets that were used on your site to display categories. We used Product categories widget, it displays all the categories that you created at Products > Categories, you can hide empty categories and display categories hierarchically.
