Our homepage is only showing as a similar way to the tablet view but won’t show anything past the slider and has a constant navigation bar on the right. The theme was working fine yesterday. I have contacted WordPress and they have said that it is a possible issue with the theme. There is a #error-page ID on inspection view but if you refresh the page it shows as it should. It also works fine on all other pages.

Hello,

Enable WP debug mode https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Hello,

Disable Query Monitor plugin and check the Home page then. If it works fine, contact support of the plugin. If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi,

I have disables the Query Monitor and the problem is still happening. After deactivating all plugins to test if one wasn’t working, it seems to be the Royal Core plugin that is causing the problem. When deactivated the site works fine. The only problem is now that none of the shortcodes work.

As I can see, your are using static block in short description of these products http://prntscr.com/r93w43 http://prntscr.com/r93wj6 > http://prntscr.com/r93wcx > http://prntscr.com/r93wua Try to remove short descriptions for mentioned products, and check Home page a few times to make sure that the content of static blocks causes the problem.

Hello,

This error Call to a member function get_cart_subtotal() on null is fixed.
Let me know if you still have the first error and if you have any other error messages in the log file once you get that error.

Hello,

The original issue comes because of the fatal error (Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_average_rating() on null in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/rating.php:28 ) but we can’t find out actions that call that fatal error to find the reason.
We gave you refund. Sorry for the inconvenience.
