    P. S. We found that page is down once this image 一條龍-96.png is used as the tab image. We thought that the problem is related to the image title and tried to re-upload it with another title but got the following error https://prnt.sc/rro08c Suppose the problem is related to the server-side, not to our theme. So, you need to talk with your hosting support to solve the problem.

    Hello,

Why don’t they provide logs? What did they answer about logs?

    Can’t log in http://prntscr.com/rrn7p5
And actually we don’t need your cPanel. We need FTP + error logs. We won’t be able to find the reason of the issue without error logs.

Besides, you are using cache and CDN. Try to disable both and check if it helps. As I can see the shop page works fine, so it seems problem is related to some content of the home page.

    Hello,

    1) Comment out the out of date files in the child theme and copy the latest versions of these files to your child theme. Edit the latest versions of files and add the changes you previously added to files that are out of date.
    3) Don’t understand your question. What text files are you talking about? WP theme does not include text files, only PHP, JS, CSS and .pot file(to allow theme translation). Check theme docs to find out how to translate theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
Translation files include hardcoded strings. All the texts that you add via theme options (like my account text) should be changed via theme options.
    5) https://www.w3schools.com/css/ Who customized theme for you? You have the custom CSS code in the child theme style.css.
    6) Check the alignment now.
    7) Use Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product style options to enable/disable elements http://prntscr.com/rrn39k
    8) This is the product name and it’s too long to show it full, so system cut the product title. If you want to disable Sticky add to cart bar go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > disable Sticky add to cart option.

    Hello,

    1) What about error logs? Did you get an answer from your hosting support about this?
    2) You provided FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass in the previous messages. The first one does not wor, the second one goes to the empty directory. You can try using FTP-client like FileZilla and check by yourself.
    3) Once we logged in using link to your hosting account we got the following http://prntscr.com/rrjcde We don’t know what that means. So, just check the FTP credentials you provided and reply back only once you get the server error logs and correct FTP access.

    Hello,

That’s strange because don’t see issue with the header transparent https://gyazo.com/742bc8d3014e18cfa2d70d0a3a6f60b6
Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashabord access to your site to check the problem. Before this update theme to version 6.3/Core 2.3 because we fixed some issues with the multiple headers related to using of the special HTML symbols etc.

    Hello,

You can use HTML with the necessary data attributes and classes to implement ajax add to cart button for the simple products http://prntscr.com/rrin3w
But unfortunately, it won’t work for the variable products because you need to choose variations there.

    Hello,

    1) Contact your hosting provider to get server error logs. They will help you to find out what could be the reason of your issue.

    2) You provided FTP to empty directory http://prntscr.com/rrd4de Check the destination folder of the FTP user.

    Hello,

    1) You’ll be able to update theme using auto-update option (WP Dashboard > Updates) but you made a lot of customization in the child theme files, so always do the update at the staging site first before production site update, also do the backup of the files and DB before the updates.

    2) You can remove studioluc-old if you don’t need it.

    3) We built header using header builder (Theme Options > Header builder) and forgot to change my account text in the account element settings. Check now. If you found any other texts use Loco translate and translation files of theme and XStore core plugin to translate them.

    4) It was related to color scheme for the product hover and your custom. We changed it to transparent http://prntscr.com/rrd1it instead of dark and improved your custom.

    5) Check if issues are not related to your custom CSS first.

You can use Lightshot screenshot free tool if you need to share links to your screenshots.

    Hello,

We have updated theme and XStore core plugin.
We have renamed the framework folder because it’s not allowed to overwrite the theme-functions.php file. If you want to change theme functions you need to copy function to child theme functions.php and edit it there according to your needs without overwriting the whole file. There are a lot of our of date files in the child theme and also changes in child theme functions.php causes warnings http://prntscr.com/rr24m5 So, your developer should take a closer look at your child theme to edit files according to new changes and fix the warnings.

We don’t have the answer to your question because we don’t know cases when hackers just nulled themes for users.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

It seems you used some hacked version of our theme http://prntscr.com/rqos3o
That’s why you faced all these errors. Take into account that we are not responsible for any future hacks of your site if you used a nulled version of the theme before. We have activated theme using your purchase code but all possible future attacks are your responsibility.

    Hello,

You can edit footer from the Appearance widgets and using the Static Block widget (watch the video tutorial https://youtu.be/KWAQRXZXsaw ) I’m not sure what footer you had before.

    Hello,

If you use the header with overlap option (when it displays over the content) and breadcrumbs with large paddings + background (in general theme options) it would better to choose the Static Section in the breadcrumbs setting http://prntscr.com/rqcv9j and then there is no need to add the element to the product content.

Actually, I don’t see problem on your site https://gyazo.com/54d645afa9b04d05f9b5541a89d70fd4
Could you explain in more detail what effect did you expect from that plugin in addition to the changing of the gallery images?

    Hello,

There is no offset there or issue. Image is right aligned http://prntscr.com/rqc4xv and it’s smaller than the width of the column, so that why you get the space at the left side of the image. Everything according to your settings.

    Hello,

We got your idea and we need time to implement this. At this moment we are working on a big update to add the sill support of the Elementor and additional XStore elements for the Elementor. Once we finish we’ll be able to start the development process of the API for our brands, variation swatches, variation gallery images etc. We hope it will be soon but can’t tell you the exact schedule because it depends on the first stage.

    Hello,

Either some fatal error appeared or cache plugin causes the issue http://prntscr.com/rq680i Try to disable plugin and check if it helps. Maybe some plugin option makes the problem.
