Column equal height problems and Product alignment problems

Hi,
I’m having problems of alignment on my website with some woo commerce shop and products and some columns. I can I fix them?

The column is not aligned because you added the custom margin for the 2 columns and forget to do this for the last one http://prntscr.com/rpmxz6
Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check and fix the problem of the shop page.

Hi,

You’re using different sizes. I would recommend you to use images with the same size, edit images before uploading them to your library and make them either squared or portrait.

The images are all square, the problem is in the thumbnails which are resized anyway and it only occurs when clicking on a category, then the shop is loaded the grid is fine. I’ve found this entry in the forum at this link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/gaps-in-product-grid/#post-232164

I’ve the same problem as mentioned in the link and apparently Olga fixed it as products have no gap anymore on that website. Can you please fix it on mine as well?

I also need to remove the wp_dropdown_categories next to the search bar on top of the home page, I just want to keep the search bar. Is there a way to do it?

Hello,

1) Check the grid now.
2) Go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit search element and disable search by categories http://prntscr.com/rrjaod

Thank you Olga. May I ask you how did you fix the grid?
Did you use some Css?

It gives me the same issue every time I add a grid or a slide from products or brands.

I have the same issue now with the page “Our Brands” (has not been published yet, it’s still a draft).

Hello,

I have updated theme to the latest version where bug with the product alignment at the category page was fixed. Keep masonry option enabled if you want to use Brands list element http://prntscr.com/rs9f72

I have one more problem with “All Departments” menu.

I try to select “Mega Menu” and add a static block from the options as shown into your video, but it doesn’t work. I save it, but when I reopen it, it’s back where it was, it doesn’t save the options. Moreover, doesn’t show the icon on the left (please see the “Diary” entry on the menu). How do I fix it?

Hello,

Very likely you reached the Max Input Vars limit because of menu items number and your WP can’t save all the settings of your menu. So, if you choose the option, save the menu but then you’ll see that option is not saved then increase max input vars limit to 5000 or 8000. You can contact the hosting provider and ask for help with increasing. Read more http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit

Hi Rose,
I’ve increased the limit to 8000 as suggested (as shown from system info), but the issue isn’t fixed.

On some of the items on the “All Departments” menu, the icon doesn’t appear even though has been uploaded and set and also it doesn’t let me use static blocks at all.

Is it a theme bug?

Provide us with FTP host, FTP user, FTP pass, FTP port. Contact your hosting provider to get FTP if you don’t have it.
