Hello,

We have switched cache plugin to W3 Total cache and got not bad results – Load time 1.57 s https://tools.pingdom.com/#5c71c0790b400000
If you optimize images to reduce the page size http://prntscr.com/s85d3m using TinyPNG service for example https://tinypng.com/ you can get even better results.

Hello,

Have you updated the production site? Because styles were changed compared to what it was before.
1) Check the staging site now. You can manage menu alignment using builder options of the menu element http://prntscr.com/s80q6t
2) Checked the production and staging sites and don’t see the difference between chat position.
3) Done.
5) Done
6) Done
7) Done
8) Done

10) Done

Check the staging site now. If everything is ok we’ll move our changes to the production website.

Hello,

We have a lot of requests and some problem with your access caused delay, but it’s not our fault, you gave the incorrect access.
There is no problem to show the product vendor at the shop page and we even created an example on our demo
http://prntscr.com/s7y657

To show it you just need to add the following code to child theme functions.php

add_action( 'woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title','sold_by' );
function sold_by(){
        global $product;
        $seller = get_post_field( 'post_author', $product->get_id());
        $author  = get_user_by( 'id', $seller );
        $vendor = dokan()->vendor->get( $seller );

        $store_info = dokan_get_store_info( $author->ID );
        if ( !empty( $store_info['store_name'] ) ) { ?>
                <span class="details">
                    <?php printf( 'Sold by: <a href="%s">%s</a>', $vendor->get_shop_url(),  $vendor->get_shop_name() ); ?>
                </span>
        <?php
    }
}

You switched to another theme, so I can’t add it for you.

Besides this question is related to Dokan plugin more than to theme because WC Product vendors plugin display product vendor on the stop page by default as you can see at other demo where this plugin is installed https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/jewellery/shop/
But Dokan plugin doesn’t have such option and you have to do this by additional customization.

Hello,

1) We can’t connect to your FTP http://prntscr.com/s7tshy
2) Did you remove your site? Because we can see just empty directory instead of WP installation while following your link http://prntscr.com/s7tswq
Could you, please, explain what’s happened?

You are welcome.

Hello,

Do you want to add just promo message like we have here for example http://prntscr.com/s7ku03

Regards

Hello,

It comes from styles of the third-party plugin that you use http://prntscr.com/s7kpa1

Add the following custom CSS to remove it or contact plugin author

li a:focus, a:focus {
    box-shadow: none;
}

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Images loading type > choose default instead of Lazy loading. Save settings and check your products using an Instagram browser after that.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header Builder > edit the connection block at the right side and remove Wishlist element from the connection block if you don’t need it.

Hello,

That form is a built-in form of the theme. Unfortunately, there are no options to edit it as Contact Form 7 has. So, if you want to have custom fields use Contact Form 7 instead of the built-in form.

You are welcome.
