1) Site that you provided is not built using our theme. If you want to add any info message you can use Promo text or Custom HTML element of the header builder http://prntscr.com/sfh2zj
2) Don’t understand your question. Have you already installed the child theme that we provided in the theme package? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/ If yes, then functions.php file comes with a child theme and you don’t need to load it anywhere.

Could you provide us with a link to your site? I’m not sure that fully understand what format you are looking for. Are you talking about RTL demo content? Why do you need it if you just need to enable RTL language, import the default demo or any other demo you like and it will be displayed in RTL mode? You will just need to replace texts with your own texts.

Yes, you need to add the customizer strings to the string translator.
Go to WPML > String Translator > scroll down and click at the translate admin texts http://prntscr.com/sfgiu6 After that find theme mods xstore http://prntscr.com/sfgjp3 > find strings you need to translate inside that area check them to add to your translator. After that you’ll be able to translate them as all the other strings from the strings translator. Provide us with the WP Dashboard access if you can’t find these strings.

If you set medium size you’ll get the blurred images http://prntscr.com/sfgdqf because medium size 300×300 will be stretched to block size 473×473.

Did you get the noindex for your site only when our theme was activated? Did you check this issue with the default WP theme? I suppose you just enabled option “noindex” something in the plugin settings. If you want to add the banner for the category only then go to Products > Categories > edit the category and use the product category description field to add the custom content (text, HTML or Static Block shortcode) and don’t add the banner to shop banner area in theme options.
