2) If you don’t see the filter by attribute (by color for example) it’s because products that you have in that category do not have attributes that you added filter by. I see that you have a lot of colors attributes for example https://gyazo.com/e330c92d9e55e7635233b374dcc67be3 but added the only one filter by attribute. Add them all to your sidebar and you’ll see them. Or optimize your attributes to avoid duplication of the attributes. Then I don’t see problem with the filters, check the link in the private content.

Did you create header using the Elementor page builder?
You can add the margin-bottom for the header but it will appear for all the pages. If you want to add margin for WooCommerce pages only then add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

So, contact their support and ask to fix that. I disabled that plugin till you fix the problem.
Also, I can’t enable Germanized für WooCommerce. That’s why contact plugin author to get help with that.

If I removed the brands widget then the categories page is ok. You may try brands list widget instead of the brands filter widget.
