Our Theme and our Plugins are old Versions, and when we download new Versions, we miss the migration option.
Can you please send us a Theme Version and a Core Plugin Version, so that we can migrate? Do you know what i mean? Migration is not showing up with a new Version of Theme and Plugin.Theme version: 4.23.1
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site. We’ll update theme for you. You’ll check if everything is ok. If yes, then we’ll update the production site.

We updated WordPress, theme and bundled plugins. Some of the third-party plugins that you use generate the warnings, for example, https://gyazo.com/b2d9deb0f7968c09b276dbc443c408e0
So, contact their support and ask to fix that. I disabled that plugin till you fix the problem.
Also, I can’t enable Germanized für WooCommerce. That’s why contact plugin author to get help with that.
Check everything else and let me know if you want to change anything.
How can we handle the Update on the Main Shop? We need a solution to update and migrate the Theme by ourself.
What do we need to do this? Can you send us a Documentation and the Theme and Plugins?
First of all, check if everything is ok on the staging site. Because once you migrate to production everything will be the same. So, it’s important for you to fix everything on the staging site first, and then depending on changes that we’ll make I’ll be able to guide you. Or better to allow us to do that quickly and good to avoid problems. And just don’t skip a lot of major updates in the future. Then you’ll be able to update the theme by yourself in the future, without our help like this time.
Can we fix an Appointment for next week? We must work 1:1 together on this, as our Client allows us only 4 hours to be in maintenance mode.

Once everything is fixed on the staging site then we’ll be able to move all the changes to production during the next 2 hours I think, so the timeframe of your client is ok. Our time zone is GMT+1. Our support team members are from different countries.
Just let us know when you are finished checking everything. If you find something just make a list of things that we need to improve on the staging site. Then we’ll be able to proceed.
