Category Header Slider isn’t loading properly

You advised to put the block in the category description however it is covering the whole screen and overlapping the sidebar – is this a setting? See private info as need to login to bypass the holding page.

Sorry, did not understand you first.
You can control position of the shop/category page banner in the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/24263423?key=7f8b7fd9ca3c9e4ebce01e1060100664

I changed that to a simple top as we have on our demo.

Hi

Just noticed that the content does not display within any mobile device using these – see private info for images and site pages affected.

Can you please look at this for me please – its strange how the text doesn’t show on mobiles. It seems to be fine on tablets, just mobile devices shows nothing

Hi – thanks but it’s still the same.

You need to actually look on a mobile. Screen resize doesn’t reflect the issue. So login to admin on mobile then open site. Click the sidebar menu item on the shop in the filter. See private info point 1. The slider is missing unless you hit refresh and the content is still missing.

Point 2 is to open menu go to the page and you’ll see the slider is blank.

Set correct line-height https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/24466940?key=074c41ae36bd7aaa37febc11028680fe Not the 38 as you had before. Or if you set 38 then choose the units. Do this for all the sliders that you have and check the slider content after that.

Awesome thank you – all sorted now. I did mention line height in my original post but was hoping you’d check yours vs mine – clearly that solved it.

One other issue – adding it here as I’m on my mobile so harder to copy login but it’s in private info in original post. Could you please check the timer on homepage. See private info for screenshot.
