There is no such option by default in WooCommerce. Maybe look for additional plugins that allow you to implement this.

2) Every additional element on the page increases the dom structure. To reduce it remove the elements, there is no other way, unfortunately.

We don’t have more options to make performance better at this moment. Our demo works fast because server settings are optimized in addition to our theme. Don’t have information about server settings because hosting support takes care of it.

The main difference between your screenshots is the font-family. Go to Theme Options > Typography > Content > Choose the mulish font instead Muli. After that go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the menu element and also choose the Mulish font.

1) Breadcrumbs settings for whole the site you can find in Theme Options > Breacrumbs > choose the type you like. If you want to change breadcrumbs for the shop page only go to Pages > edit the Shop page > choose the breadcrumbs type in the Page Options http://prntscr.com/v8qvnz
