Bad gateway - by juan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

hi, i have a problem with this error, when i try to open 10 pages i get the error, when a few user go to any page, get the error, when that happens I receive an email that marks a different error each time like this:

WordPress versión 5.5.1
Tema actual: XStore (versión 7.0.2)
Plugin actual: Slider Revolution (versión 6.2.23) PHP versión 7.4.10

Hello,

It looks that wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/includes/widget.class.php file is missing. Try to reinstall the Revolution slider plugin and check after that.

well,when the page fails it gives a different error, i update all plugins and reinstall but nothing, bad gateway show if the user go to any pages, try you to open a few pages

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail. Also, make sure that the mentioned files and folders have correct permissions.

Yes. But our support expert can’t log in to Dashboard https://prnt.sc/v9h6gb and can’t connect to FTP http://prntscr.com/v9h76k Make sure that FTP username and password are correct.

Also, I checked the logs (WooCommerce > Status > Logs) and don’t see error logs with these issues during the last days.
Could you, please, tell me how could I get the mentioned error?
