2) Our theme does not come with the og tags. If you need then we would recommend you to use the SEO plugins, for example Yoast SEO or other that includes this option to upload og:image for pages. products and adds these tags.

So, choose the necessary hover type or Inherit to inherit the Theme Options settings.
2) We don’t have options to create the menu as on your screenshot to show the mega-menu for the 3-d level. You may look for third-party plugins to create such menu.

It depends on the changes you make in the child theme. If you copied to child theme files from the parent theme that were changed in the update then you probably need to add these changes to the child theme. But as a rule, you don’t need to touch anything in the child theme after the parent theme update.

We suppose it’s some kind of glitch. WPBakery has it sometimes. As a rule, closing the popup and opening it again helps. Did you try it? You can also try to update the WPBakery plugin to version 6.5. It’s available here https://www.8theme.com/downloads

Our theme does not generate images for the catalog, this is WooCommerce and WordPress function to generate images. Once you set the size of the shop thumbnail in the Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product images, WooCommerce creates additional images, for example, https://itstimeto.wdmarket.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Don_tBeStupid-300×300.jpg and uses them for the products on the shop page.
So, we can do nothing with the quality of the regenerated images.

Hello,
Duplicate link on the Default header will create copy of the header that was imported after demo version installation.
If you want to get copy of the existing changed header then use “Create new” button and it will create copy of the existing header. We’ll improve it in the next update but at this moment it works in this way, sorry.

If you don’t see the missing images then just ignore that message.
You should be able to change the site font in Theme Options > Typography > Content > choose the Lato font for example as the main font and as the Headings font.
Also, go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the Main menu > choose the necessary font for the menu.
2) Elementor plugin overwrote the icons font-family and it caused the issue. I added custom CSS to apply the correct font-family for the icons. Check now, please.
