Translation files should be located in the wp-content/languages/themes. After the theme update don’t forget to sync translations https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

6.1.5 version of theme is out of date version. So, it could be the reason of the problem. But you did not provide server error logs, so can’t be sure. Anyway, in your case, we would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the existing site) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site. We’ll help you with theme update, you’ll check if everything is ok. If yes then we’ll help you with the production site update.

The mentioned issue is not related to our theme because even with the default WP theme Storefront http://prntscr.com/w4v4nj
So, contact WooCommerce plugin support with this issue, we are able to help only in case issue is caused by our theme.

Hello,

1) You did not install WooCommerce pages http://prntscr.com/w4umx2 it was the reason of the mentioned problem. I have installed pages using WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create pages.

2) Go to Theme Options > Sale Booster > Progress bar > either disable it or update information according to your needs.

3) Could you provide an example and screnshots of the issue for better understanding? I see that you use cache plugin. Try to disable cache while editing, do you have the same issue?

Hello,

Did you change the content size in the Main menu or Main header settings? Because font-size depends on these settings.
At this moment menu font inherits the body font-family – Lato.

Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” link. After that update the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin to the latest versions (7.2.2 and 7.2.2.1). Try to change the column image after that.

Hello,

1. That’s strange. Maybe you use the wrong login? Make sure that you use the correct email and password without misprints. You are the first who reports about such problem.

2) Product title inherits the Headings font. So, change the headings font-family in Theme Options > Typography > Content if you want to change it.
