    When you click add, plus, or minus, the button does no action mobile, however, he does that on the. web

    Hello,

    1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
    2) Describe the issue in more detail, please. It seems to work fine.

    1- I have disabled the third party plugin but the category nav just work on English, kindly see the screen shot.

    2- About the plugin I disabled,it was for make custom boxes product, Do you recommend a plugin that is compatible with your theme Instead of this plugin?

    2) We don’t have suggestions, unfortunately. You may contact plugin author and ask to check what exactly causes the mentioned issue and fix it.

    so please share with me how did you fix it, so I can fix it myself for the other site.

    2- However I have disabled the plugins that make conflict, I get 502 error message from time time, could you explain the reason?
    3- If I made a copy of the website on the same domain /test for example, does it affect the license for the theme or the plugins included?

    Hello,

    1) Settings are ok. Provide us with the FTP access to check the issue with the categories list in the mobile menu in more detail.

    2) Describe your actions before 502 error. Provide us with the server error logs once you get the 502 error again.

    3) It depends on your purposes. Do you plan to start the new project or it’s the same project but for testing purposes?

    2) I get the 502 error and 500 error when I tap on the search bar of google chrome the link of http://www.tatera-qatar.com. Now that you have the access to the server, please feel free to check the error logs.

    3) it is. for testing purposes.

    4) I have fixed the shipping price in woocomerce to be a flat rate. I have defined it to be 35 RQ and later I had changed it to 50 RQ. O¡A client had made an order and the shipping price has suddenly turned to the older value (35 QR) !! Could you plz explain to me the reason?

    4) Shipping options are WooCommerce plugin options. Our theme does not have any settings for this. So, contact WooCommerce support about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    The categories now appear but:
    01- The default menu becomes the categories, which are not supposed to be.
    02-Categories word isn’t translated to Arabic Even it’s translated in WPML
