Do you use cache plugins for both sites? Try to go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > disable Optimize Frontend CSS option, clear cache and check if you still have issue with the styles.

We don’t have special area to add GO code, so we would recommend you to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ plugin. It does not slow down the site and you won’t lose the code even if you change the theme.

and replace with

You have some kind of server cache or problem with the server because one function that check requirements ( ini_get( ‘max_execution_time’ ) ) gives different result at different pages of your admin panel, on pages of our settings it displays 300 https://prnt.sc/11vhahv butr other pages, including WooCommerce > Status displays 70 https://prnt.sc/11vhetk
So, contact your hosting provider to find out why that happens.
Also, you have a lot of gzip errors https://prnt.sc/11vgzbu Ask your hosting provider to fix that.

Did you make any manipulations with the DataBase? Did you or your hosting provider restore the DB?
Did you import demo content again? Settings could not return back if you did not make any of the things described above.

1) If you want to use the Polylang plugin for the WooCommerce you need an additional addon. See the FAQ section: https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/#faq
Did you remove the Polylang WooCommerce plugin?

2) Problem with transaltion is related to your Locale. You set es_CO https://prnt.sc/11ut6ax but created transltion files for the royal-es_ES. So, it won’t work. Create translation files also for the royal-es_CO.
