Hello, it turns out that I am re-installing wordpress and it does not let me activate my themes, it tells me that the license is in use..

You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.

Please note that according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
