how exactly in the “sidebar widget” to disable the display of unnecessary categories?
Product categories widget in the sidebar displays list of all the categories you have. It does not have option to hide some categories from that list. You may try to implement this only by additional customization.
Maybe I don’t understand your issue. If you enable the Slider stop on hover option it does not slide till your mouse is over the slide, once you remove the mouse it slides again. It works and the option does not disable if you don’t disable it in the element settings.
Mousewheel control means that slider slides once you use the mouse wheel. It also works fine for me. I saved the options. Waited for a few hours, checked again and it still works.
So, what effect do you want to achieve? Maybe we are talking about different things.

Do you mean that you just created translation files for your language but did not translate them? After the creation of the translation files you need actually translate them. What language do you need?
We don’t have option to add more custom tabs. So, you need to use either a third-party plugin or additional customization service.

Hello,
1) We have created bottom slider using Static block instead of the Promo element because Promo element has some issues with the translation to other languages. So, translate Header promo slider static block to other languages.
2) To translate strings that you added from theme options use admin strings translator https://gyazo.com/be67cf749356a35d314c32f393bd3477 Look for your strings and add them to string translator. Translate string using strings translator after that.

Is it a problem to give us access for tomorrow for example? Just create a temporary account with admin permission (Users > create new) and send us access. You’ll be able to remove that account once we finish.

Hello,
1) To remove the default widget from the shop sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets > add empty text widget to the Shop sidebar. If you want to disable sidebar on the shop page go to Theme Options > Product page layout > Layout > choose without sidebar.
2) Add the below custom to Theme Options > Custom CSS to hide the button
